An attorney since 1978, Mr. Marshall has extensive business, real estate and general civil litigation and trial experience, representing the interests of institutional and individual clients in State and Federal Court. He has handled numerous complex, multi-party real estate, business and investment fraud cases, and is skilled in business and real estate transactional matters. Mr. Marshall has been described as having a keen sense of people and great rapport with parties; a true problem-solver. This, together with his ability to grasp the issues and focus on the best way to resolve conflicts makes him well-suited for alternative dispute resolution.

Mr. Marshall opened his practice in 1978, and has extensive experience in the mediation and arbitration of disputes in connection with the following:- serving as outside litigation counsel to a major residential brokerage firm since 2002;
- serving as outside litigation counsel to title and escrow companies
- acting as chief trial counsel in multi-party, multi-million dollar real estate, business and banking cases
- representing the interests of investors in complex investment fraud cases, untangling sophisticated schemes created by syndicators, promoters, financial planners, advisors and certified public accountants, designed to divest investors of their capital; and
- serving as general and litigation counsel to legal, accounting and medical professions, real estate developers and brokerages, construction industry, including general and specialty subcontractors, and manufacturers
